  Generally, we may use tutors’ or coaches’ general profile information—including but not limited to, the name, gender, qualifications, teaching / coaching experience —for marketing purposes across digital and print platforms, and only share to potential clients when needed to communicate to client for possible tutor / coach matching and for relevant classes / programs.

  Personal data, including contact details, banking information, and certificate documents, will remain strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with the explicit consent of the tutor / coaches.

  Client location data is collected to facilitate matching and may appear on our platforms or partner sites. While full address privacy is prioritized, it cannot be fully guaranteed. Clients may provide an alternate nearby location if preferred. Client details such as location and availability are shared with tutors during matching, with full addresses and phone numbers disclosed only after confirmation.

  We may share users’ personal data with third parties for legal requests, law enforcement, and services such as payment processing. Only the necessary information is shared – strictly for the purpose of providing these services. When third parties operate internationally, data transfers comply with applicable laws.
