You can register by filling out a quick form or contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. To help us find the best tutor match quickly, please provide: postal code, student’s level and subject(s), preferred lesson frequency (usually 1-2 times per week), lesson duration (around 1.5 to 2 hours), preferred tutor type (part-time, full-time, or current/ex-MOE teachers), budget (if any), and any other preferences. Our team will respond within one business day.
Our matching service is completely free—you only pay for lessons conducted. The first two weeks of lessons are payable to the agency as placement fees. After this period, payments go directly to your tutor. We accept bank transfers, PayNow, or cheque (please contact us before issuing). Always send payment proof via WhatsApp or email to avoid delays. Late payments over six weeks may incur fees and potential legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Yes. Notify us if you want to increase lesson frequency, add subjects, or change other details. Our commission will be adjusted accordingly. For cancellations or rescheduling, please inform us or the tutor at least 24 hours in advance. Without notice, a 50% fee of the first lesson will be charged to cover the tutor’s time and travel.
Tutors will contact you before lessons start to confirm lesson location and discuss any required materials. If tutors need to purchase assessment books or other resources, they will request reimbursement from you.
After the first two weeks of lessons, the agency’s role in payments and conflict mediation ends. We encourage clear communication between tutors and clients to settle ongoing matters. The agency is not liable for any disputes or conflicts during the tutoring arrangement.
